I'm building a hospitality platform that connects ticketing, reservations, and loyalty through a single guest profile. We're starting with Rekom's 100+ venues, with plans to make the platform available more widely in hospitality.

I stabilized an unreliable backend within six months and rolled out a repeatable development process across a 28-developer team. As Lead Software Architect, I broke a large monolith into domain-driven services. That foundation made a single-cutover Shopify migration possible, something previously considered impossible. I finished as Engineering Manager leading the Crafter & Designer product team.

I developed and maintained a financial services platform with Laravel. I integrated external banking APIs and optimized MySQL performance, improving the speed and reliability of customer-facing features.

I maintained 10+ brand sites (Se og Hør, Femina, Billedbladet) while migrating them from Drupal to Laravel-based services. I cut Se og Hør load times from 15 seconds to 2 by changing content and ad handling, and built editor-facing CMS tools used across multiple brands.

I built a service-oriented Laravel architecture used across hundreds of applications, plus a publishing system that let editors reuse content across brands and countries. I led site migrations (National Geographic, Bo Bedre, Gør Det Selv) and cut migration time from 8 months to 12 weeks for sites with hundreds of thousands of articles, without losing SEO.
